本项目以舰船钛合金搅拌摩擦焊用(yòng)Co-Al-W-Ni-Cr基搅拌头材料的开发与应用(yòng)為(wèi)主線(xiàn),首先研究不同合金元素含量及其相互作用(yòng)、热处理(lǐ)制度对Co-Al-W-Ni-Cr基合金组织中相组成、相分(fēn)数、相形貌、相分(fēn)布、相稳定性的影响规律,為(wèi)Co-Al-W-Ni-Cr合金的组织设计提供理(lǐ)论指导。然后针对设计的Co-Al-W-Ni-Cr基合金成分(fēn),分(fēn)别在室温条件及搅拌摩擦焊工艺条件下,考察合金组织相对于舰船钛合金配磨材料的磨损失重与摩擦系数,并揭示配磨后合金表面中磨斑形貌、磨屑形貌及产物(wù)的形成规律。最后确定Co-Al-W-Ni-Cr基合金的最佳成分(fēn)范围与组织特征,阐明该类合金的高温摩擦磨损机理(lǐ),為(wèi)新(xīn)型搅拌头材料在舰船钛合金搅拌摩擦焊的工程化应用(yòng)奠定理(lǐ)论基础和工艺指导。

Focusing on the development and application of Co-Al-W-Ni-Cr base rotating tool material used for the friction stir welding of naval titanium alloys, this research first study the effect of content and interaction of alloying elements and heat treatment process on the phase composition, phase fraction, phase morphlogy, phase distribution, phase stability, in order to provide theoretical guide on the microstructural design of Co-Al-W-Ni-Cr base alloys. Then based on some selected naval titanium alloys, study friction and wear mass loss and friction coefficient of designed alloy microstructures, to accquire the formation state of surface morphology, microstructure and composition of wear debris.Finally determine the optimal composition range and microstructure characteristics, and clarify the high-temperature friction and wear mechanism of such kind of Co-Al-W-Ni-Cr base alloys, which can provide theorical base and technical guide of new ratating tool materials for engineering applications of friction stir welding of naval titanium alloys.
